Kwan has definitely perfected the art of a delicious deep fried chicken. It’s crispy on the outside but on the inside it is still tender and juicy. You can even order the fried chicken thighs separately if one is not enough. But I am sure; your stomach will not have any extra space for another piece of chicken. I spent about 20 plus for this dish.
