I absolutely love the Fries with truffle aioli and piquant mayo ($8); one of the best dips I have eaten. The truffle aioli was very addictive, with the truffle taste distinct. If you wanted a change, you could switch to the slightly spicy piquant mayo. A must-order to share amongst friends.Singapore Sling originated from Raffles Hotel, and perhaps that explains the hefty price tag of $28 per glass. Singapore Sling originated from Raffles Hotel, and perhaps that explains the hefty price tag of $28 per glass. Singapore Sling by Hendrick's comprises of Hendrick's Gin, Cherry Brandy, Cointreau, and Pineapple Juice. Not too lethal, and the tinge of sweetness was just right. A great drink to go with your food (esp fries).

I really love desserts and I've had my share of average or bad ones to know that the Chilled Strawberry Soup ($12) is great. The server would pour sparkling wine into the plate once it's being served. It tastes like strawberry puree but not too rich, and was very refreshing. The lime sorbet placed in the middle provided a sweet-sour contrast. Highly recommended after a meal.

Of course, we ordered what was deemed by the server as the most popular dessert there, the Sticky Toffee Pudding ($10), which I would also recommend. It's made of dates, butterscotch sauce and sea salt. Pudding was warm, soft and moist, and butterscotch taste was strong. The vanilla ice cream complemented it well.

Lastly, we had the Ginger Nougat Parfait ($10). It's made of caramelised pineapple, almond and cinnamon, and comes with a puff pastry stick. I didn't really like this as the ginger taste was rather strong, and the nougat tastes creamy and ice cream-like but was soft and sticky.

Overall a great dining experience, and recommended for gatherings or special occasions. You could drop by for their fries and have a couple of drinks to chill as well, as they have live bands playing after 9+ on certain days. Or else, just go for their desserts!
