This is a very small place - can accommodate about 7 tables only. And the location is not near any mrt station. But this has not stopped me from going to French Ladle to enjoy the food My favourites are: 1. Pork belly - if you like this, order it when you make your reservation. 2. Foie Gras - a must in a French restaurant. Well executed such that it is not bloody on the inside and is crispy on the outside
3. Mushroom risotto - compared to the asparagus version, this is so good. Creamy rice infused with mushroom and truffle oil. You can try to order it when you make your reservation as well as they may not have it on the menu.
