The grill out outlet at The Grandstand gives me a cosy feel as the interior design of it is simple with pictures of their signature dishes hanging around the restaurant. I ordered one of their signature dish and also chef recommendation - the grilled kurobuta pork collar. I guess I made the right choice to order this dish as I like it so much! The pork collar is grilled to perfection and the meat is not tough but melts a little in your mouth (I always thought pork meat is lean and tough and chew
