Aquamarine is a Halal restaurant in Marina Mandarin that serves an international buffet. When we went for dinner, they had a Thai theme for the restaurant in addition to the usual buffet menu.We had a starter with a thai salad, some fried cheese ball and in the shot glass is a creamy chicken mix with a cracker.  The sticky rice mango dessert is very nice! The mangos are sweet and there is a small bit of yam and crunchy crackers (I think they're crackers or something like cereal) which is really YUMMY (overused word).
