Today, I purchased a pisang rajah (the larger banana) to munch on. At $1.50, this irresistable unhealthy snack was getting a little pricey. Still, I was happy that the quality of the fried banana did not drop along the years. It was still warm when served. The crust was crispy and surprisingly, not too oily. The warm banana also gave off a very nice addictive fragrance with each bite.
