This stall sells beancurd desserts as well as herbal jellies. It has a very catchy and attention grabbing name and I had to admit it is this name that drew me closer to the stall to see what they are selling. As the weather has been quite unbearable these days, I ordered two bowls of herbal jellies as takeaway for dessert at night. They have the option of pouring some honey into the herbal jelly since herbal jelly is known to be bitter, so depending on your taste, you can choose to have it with honey or without. I chose to have it without honey and found it to be alright and not as bitter as I imagined. It is more of a fusion taste between grass jelly and herbal jelly in terms of taste as there is not much of any herby taste. The jelly here is also more wobbly in terms of texture. As I am looking more towards having a really herby dessert, this does not really make the cut for me. Perhaps I should try their beancurd desserts next time.
