This fried kway teow stall was one of the very few stalls that were open during dinner time at this Amoy Street Food Centre. It was actually recommended by a colleague who has rather expectation for fried kway teow. She told me their fried kway teow is nice so i decided to give it a try.It was around 7pm, you can see that almost everyone is having their fried kway teow! This fried kway teow stall was one of the very few stalls that were open during dinner time at this Amoy Street Food Centre. It was actually recommended by a colleague who has rather expectation for fried kway teow. She told me their fried kway teow is nice so i decided to give it a try.

It was around 7pm, you can see that almost everyone is having their fried kway teow! I was thinking, wow, it must be really very nice! I must get myself a plate too.

So got myself a plate. Hmm, i was a little dissapointed that my plate of fried kway teow wasnt very nice. You can see that my plate of kway teow is a bit 'pale' looking, it was not as dark looking as others. It was too soggy and wet and the taste was too bland, not enough sweet sauce.

I believe they must be a lack of consistency of the standard of the fried kway teow. Will still give it a try the next time.
