My favourite Singaporean dish is.. hands down..Hokkien Mee. So whenever I'm craving for it, I just head to the Food Republic at Wisma Atria. Queue here can get pretty long, so I was lucky that when I got there, the uncle just finished one big batch of hokkien mee. Despite the long line, I got my order pretty quickly. I chose the smaller portion which cost $5.50; but it was big enough for 2 people.

The hokkien mee's quality remained consistent. I loved how the rich seafood broth just coated the yellow noodles. The prawns and squids were also generously added. It was a very filling and satisfying lunch.
