The hokkien mie is too watery in my opinion. However the composition between each of the ingredients cover it up. The chilli is so shiok. It is a good choice between the seafood in the noodle. The pork lard is so crunchy and savoury. Ne noodles again are limp and soft and the sauce is pale and it has got bits of eggs in it.(Y)
