Grandma's version has impressed me with its appetizing sauce and soft juicy tofu with a crispy yet not oily exterior. The dish is generously covered with mushroom and paired with blanched spinach which is both my favourite. I am sure I can polish 2 bowls of rice with this dish alone.

Thought the price can be on the high side, I really like Grandma's for their food has such a homely feel and taste.
