Patronized along Plaza Singapura, I had no much time to consider want to eat Tim Ho Wan or not. Just queue first in twisting line, don’t bother so much. The shop was filled to the brim. Waited about 45 minutes, it was finally our turn. Pretty bright looking at their signboard, it brought meaning of “adding more luck”. Staff was attentive and helpful, environment was clean and comfortable. Not many local Dim Sum stall selling this, Deep-baked golden skin was crispy. A right balance of sweet, salty

Not many local Dim Sum stall selling this, Deep-baked golden skin was crispy. A right balance of sweet, salty and juicy roasted pork, I found some fatty meat inside. Cost at $4.50, it was filling indeed.

Bouncy and wrapped tightly, they were fresh from cooktop. Be caution don’t hurt your tongue, it was very hot while it served. Traditional taste from Chinese style, I dipped it and ate along with chilli sauce. It was $4.20 for normal spring roll and $5.50 for Beancurd Skin Roll.

Texture was elastic without overly sweet, only $3.50. Thinking those imperial concubines appeared in drama, they were also eating the same thing with me, what a joke. It was a great dining experience for me.
