This Yuen Long hong Kong pastry shop is popular and offers a wide variety of hong kong pastries such as lao po bing (wife biscuit), egg tarts, char siew bun, salted tau sar piah and many more!
A long queue at the shop caught my attention, hence being a typical sporean, i decided to try too!
I bought the egg tart for $1. It is warm as it just came out from the oven. This egg tart is indeed delicious! The crust is flaky and buttery, with the egg custard tangy and not overly sweet.
