Leung sang hong partries has always been my favorite Hong Kong traditional pastries ever since I first tried their egg tarts. Their kitchen/bakery counter is very transparent to the public thus you can rest assure your pastries are freshly baked daily from the oven and not some leftovers from the previous night.
