Hot chocolate on a rainy day

I really love the service at changi airport as the staff are really polite and very accommodating! I ordered a Hot chocolate from McCafe and the manager took her time to really design it in such a way it looks too good to drink! However, She added too much hot chocolate which caused it to over spill. She felt bad that I would have to struggle to carry it all the way to my seat and hence made me another cup on the spot! However, She added too much hot chocolate which caused it to over spill. She felt bad that I would have to struggle to carry it all the way to my seat and hence made me another cup on the spot! It was extremely nice on her part. I would have expected her to pour some away and re-design it but she made me another cup from scratch despite other customers who were still waiting for their drinks. She also apologized to me a countless number of times.

 Kudos to her customer service!

The hot chocolate was not too rich and was really creamy. A hot cup was perfect on a rainy evening
