It is past 9pm and the stall is still opened. As I remember the serving here is quite big, I decide to have Hotplate Chicken Chop. It costs $6 a serving and serves sizzling hot. The huge thick slice of chicken chop is stacked on top of french fries and soaked in black pepper sauce. There is mashed potato, broccoli, cherry tomato and corn by the side too. The huge thick slice of chicken chop is stacked on top of french fries and soaked in black pepper sauce. There is mashed potato, broccoli, cherry tomato and corn by the side too. Wow huge serving, that I could barely finish it all. The chicken is very tender and juicy. One thing which I do not like is the fries under the chicken chop as the fries are not crispy at all after soaked in the sauce, which makes it tastes similar to the mashed potato. The uncle who does the cooking even comes by to check if we enjoy the food. Good job uncle!
