eating at this place is a luxury.because queueing is a nightmare.calling in for reservations should be done a week in advance. not because it's that hard to get seats.but because it's that hard to get them to pick up calls.you can try going in to drop in to make reservations.i really think that's more efficient if you're asking me. the hotpot is amazing. free flow xiao long baos. i really think i'm happy with just the xlbs.
