Today I have ordered a ice-cream cake from Andersen's for mom's birthday. It is called Macadamia Love, which is only available in 1kg size and has about 10-12 servings. A heart-shaped cake, topped with summer fruits. The cake is packed into a red and white box, with a number of packets of ice surrounding the cake.The ice cream cake is made up of my favourite Macadamia Nut ice-cream which is delicious. The only low point is that the cake melts very easily and difficult to cut.
