This dessert stall is located in the shop right beside the shop where the famous Laksa is located. So, if you are a fan of that particular Laksa stall then you should have known about this dessert stall. I suppose not many people know that the Laksa stall used to be in this shop many years ago but they decided to move out when they could not reach an agreement on certain issues with the landlord.

And, i clearly remember the desserts used to be much better too. When eating it again, there seemed to be a drop in the standard.

My ice kachang looked a little dull with only red and orange color and not all part of shredded ice was 'colored'. I was a little disappointed initially but the disappointment made up by the soft and meshy red bean right below of that pile of ice. They cooked the red bean to the right doneness. There were other ingredients like atap seeds, jelly cubes, corns, too.

It might not be too bad a choice if i want something cold on a hot day and happened to be in the vicinity.
