After the fabulous prawn noodles, I decided to have a bowl of dessert. The stall owner is quite friendly and is quite obliging to my request for less syrup on my ice kachang and even joked with me that I can afford to pile on extra sugar given my built. The ice kachang is quite tall and I had to “dig” quite a bit before I was able to reach the ingredients. I thought the ingredients are quite a lot as compared to other ice kachangs that I have eaten at other places. The corns are sweet and slightly crunchy and the red beans are soft and very sweet. As such, even though I requested for less syrup, overall it still tasted reasonably sweet and delicious.
