My partner and I decided to have the International Buffet at Saltwater Cafe. This place is quiet and has a super high ceiling. It is situated within Changi Village Hotel itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The head chef even personally cooked the carrot cake and delivered to me! What nice and attentive service. My partner and I decided to have the International Buffet at Saltwater Cafe. This place is quiet and has a super high ceiling. It is situated within Changi Village Hotel itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The head chef even personally cooked the carrot cake and delivered to me! What nice and attentive service.

There is a wide variety of meats, vegetables including food from the global scene (Japanese) as well as local delights from the various cuisines (Indian/Malay/Chinese/Western etc). I spent much time taking and trying out everything! There were no major misses here.

At the Eastern corner of Singapore, usually it's more of a makan hang out at supper times.
