I paid my visit to this hotel restaurant for lunch buffet during my company training on weekday. The place is located at the lobby of hotel. It offered Asian style buffet which mostly local food. It was a standard buffet meal but they do offer a live station for satay outside the hotel. What I liked:- The ambience was kinda relaxing. The swimming pool was right outside and you could see the Changi golf course. I felt like I was away from the city (which I really was) and time just slows down.- The attentive and friendly staff were prompt in refilling my glasses and clearing my table. My partner and I decided to have the International Buffet at Saltwater Cafe. This place is quiet and has a super high ceiling. It is situated within Changi Village Hotel itself. I first tried the buffet lunch at Changi Village when it has 1 for 1 promotion for credit card. I was surprised with the wide range of food, and they taste very good. Really value for money for 1-1. Range includes spaghettti, lok-lok, waffle, duck meat, laksa, etc. Hence, when it was on 1 for 1 promotion again (months later), I went with my ex-classmates for a class gathering. I went there with 3 of my cousin for buffet lunch, it was a very near to where all my cousins stay (pasir ris). My cousin all park at the hotel and all feel that the car park is rather narrow. There are alot of variety choice of food but i do hope that they have more dessert variety. As for the service, the staff were attentive to our needs and were quick to top up our water and clear the plates. Overall, we paid less than 100 bucks under credit card promotion .
