Sushi Tei's raffles city branch is very popular during peak dinner hours, and I queued for around 25 minutes to get a table; service was alright though, even though it was full house that day. I recommend the fried crispy white bait - very crispy and tasty, makes you crave for more. I also had the hot pot-like thing; it was quite unique as the "bowl" was paper thin. Soup was also alright.
