In my opinion, this is the most value for money snack in the stall. for a mere $1.50, you can get this extra large Japanese biscuit. it is so big that it is the size of two normal bun plastic bag. The biscuit has a sugar coating on top. probably the baked it with the sugar so the top is a little crusted. The lower layer without the sugar is very crispy and crumbles.
