a traditional german cake called Baumkuchen and is one of the most popular cake in Japan, which they are baked each layer perfectly with a light and fluffy texture. Initially I thought it will be sweet and oily but it was not and I enjoyed it, and also I always prefer cakes without cream. I was advised that it can be kept for 4 days but by the 2nd day, the cake was gone!
