Who says only shang hai has famous, nice xiao long bao. You can eat them in singapore at crystal jade too!! What's really attractive about xiao long bao and not char siew bao is the juice which is inside the ba. Its so amazing that the juice inside the skin of the bao can contain the juice in it. It taste really amazing when you put the entire bao into your mouth. When you bite it, the juice will come oozing out and next is the meat. Its really wonderful!The xiao long baos were served piping hot
