All i can say is Just Acia is a place for budget food. Their food quality isn't that bad afterall though but you can't say it's extremely nice as well. It's just typical food.The menu is not extensive but it is indeed price friendly. Set meals comes with free-flow of ice-cream and drinks. Drinks can choose from soft-drinks, ice-lemon tea and fruit punch syrup plus there's a machine that spews out coffee, hot choc, cappucino those kind. The cheapest set meal is the gyoza set at $5.90++ only. Come

So if you're those who eats alot, you can try this place because it's affordable and the drinks and ice-cream are free-flow. Eat all you can!
