Relatively easy to find Korean stall at foodcourt, local people has no more headache to satisfy their Korean Cuisine craving. Unique pickled cabbage, it was normally served along with Ramen or in Soup. A very flexible accompaniment to whatever dish, I opted to have mine with a bowl of plain rice. Generally authentic in flavour, hearty and savory broth was perfectly delicious. A little bit spicy, the hot pot was a balanced mixture. For me, it was addictive enough to order another serving of Kimchi Soup.
