The liver was not over cooked and you can see a little bit of blood. As for the kidney, somehow it stinks, they should do proper / thorough wash before cooking them.

Ambience
Hawker centre, dont sit the table nearest to the shelter as the rain will come in. Noisy environment as usual.
Price
$4 for a bowl of claypot soup is reasonable.

Claypot is hot and becareful to handle it with care and not to hurt oneself!
