For the sake of good food I shall embrace the queue and waited in line for about 10 minutes. I had the kway chap set which comes in braised items such as eggs, tao kwa, pig large and small intestines and etc. These braised items all tasted very fresh and full of the "lu" (braised) flavor. The intestine is my favorite of all and I love the crunchiness of it. The kway chap is also my favorite and I like the watery kway chap soup that's going with it. Light yet full of flavor.
