Hong Hu Express offers a wide variety of chinese style ramen (la mian) for you to choose from. Ordered their Kimchi Beef La Mian for my lunch and I like our spongy their noodles is (i prefer this kind rather than those soggy kind). Their serving of the kimchi is generous too. But I guess the beef is a little overcooked and it turns out hard and chewy for me.

For a quick lunch, I will definitely be going back again.
