After the revamp of Changi Airport Terminal 3, there are more eateries for shoppers and “flyers” before their flight. There is even a food court at the basement level with quite some stalls and open till midnight. Since we were there for supper, I decided to go for the fish ball noodles (Lai Heng) as that is the only few stalls which is still open. I had the fish ball mee kia dry version and it comes with fishballs, the noodles and fish cake. I was quite disappointed with the noodles as it is very dry and uncooked (very hard to chew…) the chili sauce is pretty normal and not as fragrant as those I love. The fishball however is okay, not very fishy smell and is quite bouncy. Don't think I will be back to have this in future...
