For Penang Laksa, I think this stall located in this foodcourt has really done quite a good job in preparing it. Lesser coconut milk is used in the gravy, but somehow I just feel that the chilli paste used is good enough to make the soup base taste good! Healthier version can be found here as lots of vegetables are topped onto the noodles, which includes beansprouts which have been added in to add in that extra crunchiness to it. Healthier version can be found here as lots of vegetables are topped onto the noodles, which includes beansprouts which have been added in to add in that extra crunchiness to it. This laksa is quite ideal for me as I don't really like thick gravy and I love to eat vegetables alot. Check it out yourself and you will know why.
