The famous Singapore Katong Laksa!Singapore laksa is different from Malaysia laksa, as i am a Malaysian, so i was really not used to Singapore Laksa which is more similar to curry soup base. I love Malaysia Laksa, the assam laksa type which is very sour and spicy, and i always sweat a lot when eating the exciting laksa! Anyway, i love curry too so as i judge this laksa as compared to curry, it's still very nice! And this is probably the nicest laksa i had in Singapore. The soup is creamy and spicy (because i put a lot of chillies paste inside!) and the noodle is my favourite type (chewy and spongy). the ingredient is less important for me, as long as the soup is nice, i can finish it!
