This needs no further introduction and now you can find Lao Ban 老伴豆花 at Tampines MRT station! Used to join the queue at the Old Airport Market. The texture of the soya beancurd is definitely very smooth and the sweetness is just right for the dessert. Not too sure whether it is good or bad, I realize as more Lao Ban started mushrooming all over Singapore, people seemed to get tired of it and business is not as good as before. I do buy occasionally when I am at around Tampines area still. I
