Finally tried the hot star original large fried chicken for $4.50. Chilli powder and seasoning were added. I felt that it was very powdery (probably didn't put the seasoning properly?). There was bone in the chicken though :/ I loved that the batter was thin and the chicken meat was thick enough to be tasted and not masked by thick batter. It was tender and moist as well. It was a very large piece and was quite filling as a snack. It's comparable to the famous shilin chicken too but i wouldn't b
