Lee Brother's Otah has been a while in the market and I guess anyone who loves Otah would have heard of them. Stall signage from the Lee's is designed in a big otah mock up with 2 tooth picks piercing through the banana leaves.Having Otah is a way of enjoying a local delicacies. Their Fish Otah is wrapped in coconut leaves and flamed grilled to fragrance.They are make up of steamed and minced seasoned fish.
