This is the place where i usually go for Nyonya snacks like Lempar Udang. Another name for Lempar Udang is Spicy Prawn Dumpling. Each dumpling is sold here at $1.00. The spice paste was fried till aromatic then added in the dried shrimp then fried further to release the fragrance. The filling then placed in the soft glutinous rice before wrapped it up in a piece of banana leaf. The spiciness is quite acceptable.I would not say they served the best Lempar Udang in Singapore but definitely amongs

I would not say they served the best Lempar Udang in Singapore but definitely amongst the better ones that i ever tasted. That is why i am always ended up with quite a few to bring home if i am in the vicinity.
