Head down to Plaza Brasserie for a Lo Hei session! The lo hei consists of sliced fruits (seems to be the trend with Yu Sheng these days) which makes it taste very refreshing and delicious. Topped with generous amount of salmon (YUM!) and I'm in heaven. The roasted duck and fatty pork is also delish here. The roast duck is succulent and you dip it in the sweet plum sauce for that nice contrast. The fatty pork has a nice crunchy skin which is really sinful (but awesome) to eat. Here's my plate wit
