The baked rice goes well with the alfredo sauce (which is my favourite sauce) and the mushrooms give the rice a refreshing taste. The mushrooms have a strong mushroom taste so it really helped with not getting sick of the large portion of rice.

It is pretty expensive but considering it is a whole lobster and it was relatively delicious, it is quite worth it. Do give it a try!
