Peppery bak Kut Teh. Loved by locals. I had to give it a try. Then I saw this on the menu: Pig tail!! Yippee! One of my fav snack! HEHE. Love the slippery smooth collagen texture of this dish. They served in the same broth as the pork ribs/bak ku teh. Nothing special for both dishes. The you tiao/fried flour fritters is also so-so. Not very crispy. Guess I'm a bigger fan of the herbal version of the bak kut teh dish. The thick soy sauce is not too thick - uh oh. Chilli also not very spicy. Seem

Seems like the offerings here are all too mild for my liking. But on a side note, there is a good crowd for this particular restaurant. You may wish to give it a try and see if you like it or not.
