The Squid Ink Spaghetti here is simply yum. Chewy spaghetti pasta tossed with non-fried calamari rings, thin slices of portebello mushroom and fresh onions in a light gravy of what tasted like squid ink, olive oil, herbs and salt. It was appetizing and didn't taste as overpowering as it looks to be. Portion was just enough to satisfy without me feeling like I had overindulged. Thumbs Up to this Japanes-Italian pasta fusion entree (Y)
