Mad Jack (Closed)

Almost all the staff were young teenagers, but they were very polite and i thought the service was good. However, when we were seated, the table was not cleared yet and there was a bottle of shattered keptchup on the floor. Anyway, there was no service charge, we basically fill in our orders and make the payment before our food would be served. Half-way i asked for warm water to take some medication and was told that i have to 'order' and make payment for it at the counter. I gave it a pass.
