There were several offers available and we went for the Weekday Set Lunch which offered 2 main courses, for 19.90$++ - we went for the Cheesy Fish & Chips and a Spicy Seafood Olio. Also available was a bottomless (refillable) drink - choice of Coke, Sprite and Iced Lemon Tea for 1.90$++
The set also came with 2 soup of the days (lite) - cream of mushroom. Despite being the lite version, the soup was chunky with mushroom bits and also creamy - serving as a delicious and filling starter.
The Cheesy Fish & Chips consisted of 2 deep fried Dory fillets, fries topped with cheese and some garden vegetables on the side. The Dory fillets were exquisite - the soft white flesh contrasting with the crisp outer coating. The fish went well with the tartar sauce provided, as well as chilli sauce, available upon request. The fries were regular straight cut fries which have the tendency to get soggy really quickly.
As for the Spicy Seafood Olio, we had requested for the Olio to be less spicy but it still packed quite a punch. However, the Olio was still really good, with the pasta cooked al dente and topped with prawns, mussels and other assorted types of seafood.
