A hearty American Birthday Treat from my lovely Colleagues. Highly recommended for carnivorous dudes and those who loves big portions. A jug of Virgin Apple Mojito made with fresh apples had kept us waiting for more than half an hour. A mixture of green apple cubes, mojito with mint leaves are refreshing. Highly recommended for its ribs, we ordered the peppercorn ribs in our Ocean Feast platter. Awesome portion to share among 4 of us with left overs. Or Platter consists of :1) Butter Corns
Sweet and juicy corns but I would definitely appreciate if I have sharper utensils to slice the corns and shared it over my plates.
2) Corn breads
With bits of corns included in the soft home made muffins, they are definitely a good sides dish on the platter.
3) A choice of ribs
Meat are well marinated, little or no force required to cut them into smaller pieces. Although it is half slab, its very filling.
4) Grilled Prawns
Besides having the best ribs as their recommendation. The grilled prawns has also gained a few nods from me. Great!
5) Fish & Chips
Fish & Chips are generally of the average standard. Well battered and definitely wont lose out to the few chip & chips Chained specialists in Singapore.
6) Garden SaladGenerous portion of vegetables that goes along with the ocean feast. Comes with bread crumbs and one can add the salad sauce to fit our taste.
7) Grilled Sausages
Grilled sausages are up to matching standards of what most of the German restaurants in Singapore are offering.

Sticky bones are named on the peppercorn ribs with a little flag.
The mean comes with a lava cake and we were all very excited about the Oozing portion of the black chocolate lava out of the cake. To make it special, my colleague had requested a candle on the "soft pillow" lava cake. Rich lava full of chocolate taste and a perfect combination of HOT and COLD sensation as we mix the cake and vanilla ice cream together. Do Take Note that the Lava is indeed Piping Hot!
