My personal favourite will be their mee siam, which the gravy is really thick, sweet and not too spicy.The orange bee hoon used are really chewy and blend in well with the sour gravy. Even though the ingredients topped on it may be simple, which includes cubes fried beantcurd pockets, beansprouts and one whole sliced egg, but these ingredients just really goes well for this dish which is simply just simple and yet really delicious!
