The similar from taiwan finally able to be found in ion orchard other than shih lin taiwan snacks stalls. Thick savoury soup, tender silky strands of mee sua, fragrant coriander and shredded chicken, topped with a big, fat (and surprisingly fresh) oyster. The gravy are not as dark as shih lin, but it is flavourful enough to mix with the mee sua, definitely best combination. Some say to enjoy the Ultimate experience, no chopsticks shall be used, only the spoon which seemed hard but achievable.
