Bought this Snow-Skin D24 Black Durian Mooncake with my friend at the annual Takashimaya Mooncake Fair instead of their actual outlet. The normal price for a box of 4 pieces of this mooncake cost $54 while it cost $48.60 at the fair. I actually haven't heard of this brand until my friend strongly recommended me to try it. She told me that their snow skin Durian Mooncake is a must buy and is considered a favourite by many of her colleauges. It was super crowded at their booth with everyone rushing to try a piece of the durian mooncake. They have many different kinds of durian mooncakes for different preference. Generally, their snow skin durian mooncakes are more of the pure durian pulp kind so it's really like eating the real durian flesh wrapped in a skin. The difference with this black snow skin is that it's less sweet compared to the normal snow skin D24 durian mooncake. The snow skin is very smooth and it seems to melt away with the durian unlike some kind that sticks to the mouth. After tasting it, now it's my turn to highly recommend this to my other friends.
