This ramen joint serves different ramen soup bases, intuitively named after their appearance: black, white and red. I decided to try something exotic and went for the black soup base, which is essentially made from black garlic. I ordered their Black Chasu Ramen ($12.90). The ramen noodles were sufficiently springy and chewy, and they were topped with a variety of toppings such as seaweed, thick chasu slices, wood ear and egg.
