I was hoping to try out new breads at Lot 1 cuz i was kinda getting tired of seeing same old breads from Four Leaves, Bengawan Solo...(but they are still delicious okay??) Sooo..I walked into this newly opened bakery at B1 and discovered that most breads were displayed in glass cases and if you want one, the counter lady will help you take. Hygenic! Taste: Fluffy and soft bread, with a hint of chocolate with every bite, not overwhelming, goes perfect with coffee or tea! Not really a 'wow!' bread for me though..
Overall, I think the prices for the breads in Bakery Cuisine might put off some people cuz they are quite costly..however do try out their breads! Like the Toast Loaf that is really soft that comes in a few flavours, the Hokkaido cakes that come in boxes, the dorayaki and different range of breads in the display case~Ratings: 7/10
